I am trying to replace the A/c and heater control module but can seem to get it out of the dashboard without almost tearing it out...can anyone help me with this situation?

RTFM!!! You basically have to disassemble the entire dash to remove them.

If the 95 Accord is the same as the 94, than the center console has to be removed first in order for you to remove the AC/Heater control box. After you remove the center console, you can than remove the dash and than gain access to the AC/Heater control. There are a couple of screws holding it down.
