Finally fixed my poblem!!!! Pics inside
I would like to thank those that tried to help me online. You guys were very helpful. After driving around illegal for 10 days, I decided that since everyone seemed too busy to come check my car out, that I'd do it myself.
I got the Helms out and went to work. I took valve cover and top timing cover off to inspect the belt and the belt looked like a portion of it was being stripped. I kept turning the crank over to find a hole the size of my pinkie finger cut out in the middle of the belt. From that point I knew that something had fell into the timing belt cover. I then went back and referenced my thread (https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=962496) where 7PSI CRX had pics. Me being a female, couldn't break the crank bolt alone, so my manager and his friends came and broke it loose in 10 minutes. They used my breaker bar and a BIG *** screwdriver in the crank pulley.
I didn't find the piece I thought had fell in, BUT I did find something else.
Those are my work shoes.

A closer view

One more for ya

Please folks, make sure all of the screws are in the timing cover. My mechanic didn't.
being careless can do this. For those that don't know what it is, its the little circle insert that holds the screw in place.

I just charged it to the game. The belt costed me $30. No labor costs. I am very thankful that it happened (not starting) at my house and not on the highway.
I will finish up in the morning because I lost the little key that goes into the crank pulley.

not to thread jack or anything but the guy who i hired to do my timing belt did a fucked up job too. I was driving along and heard things rattling around, so i pulled into a gas station and popped the hood. The upper timing belt cover was held on by one freaking screw and it was 1/2 way out. Not to mention this is the same guy who did my clutch...and the tranny mount was about to fall off. Oh yeha i noticed this after my front mount bolt flew off on the freeway and fucked up my underbody.
And after i called him and left a message about it, his phone stopped working
SO i learned a verrrry good lesson. Honda-Tech is your friend, and do it yourself is better than any 1/2 asses mechanic
