Default civiv type r or integra type r cams??

ok i did a search and found alot of info but no one really said what is better i have a b16 and was wondering would it be better for integra R or civic R cams? or a mix of both itr intake ctr exhaust

Only the intake cam is different from what i have heard and that the CTR intake cam is just a bit more agressive.

ya, and the 00 itr cams are the same as the ctr cams I believe.
