Default 94 Accord EX - slow acceleration

Recently purchased this car, have done minor tune-up (changed air filter, PCV valve, plugs, oil/filter, tranny fluid and two bottles of injector cleaner).

When pressing the accelerator you must do it slowly or the car will "bog" down, once the speed reaches 15-20mph it accelerates fine.

This condition makes it a little nerve racking when trying to get out at busy intersections!!

Any suggestions for improvement?

TIA

Added the bottles on different tanks.

No, I believe the wires are in the right order but will double check.

Yep, I've got the same problem. Been that way for awhile now and I can't figure out what the deal is.

Pardon my ignorance but how do you go about finding these codes?

look for a blue 2 pin connector on the front passenger side kick panel, jump
the connector and turn key to accessory on, look at the check engine light if it
blinks count the long blinks and short blinks
