Default jdm b18c1 Running rich all of a sudden.?

Seems my stock JDm b18c1 block P72 Head (OBD1 p72 ECU) is running rich now at WOT. It used to run just in the rich range still a bit stoike. This is on my Autometer A/F gauge. Also my friend last night he said that when i nailed the thorttle he could smell gas?

What could cause this? I am at 16 degreed ignition, i was thinking mabey 18 should help this.............i did remove the CAT recently and was thinking mabey this is causing some issues with the OBD1 system.

Actually on your car the map might read right off the throttle body, but if it doesn't it should be right behind your TB on the firewall, looks like a little top hat.
