Thanks for the pic, but I don't think I see it. It is a small rubber piece that fits in the prop valve itself.

Thanks for your help BatuKing...

Here's a pic. The yellow line points to the hole the rubber piece fits into. If anyone has an old prop valve that doesn't work, please let me know if I can get this piece.

I ended up buying a 4040 prop valve. My problem now is that the brackets are different. The bolts that hold the bracket to the prop valve have torx heads, but there is a small bump in the middle that keeps a regualr torx head from removing the bolt. Is there a special tool that I need to get these off? Please help if you can.

those are safety torx. you can get those tools at sears or harbor frieght

hey.. my prop valve is doing the same thing too.. but i have the rubber thingy still on there. but leaks when i bleed the brakes. what do i do?
