Ok I've searched through a chit load of threads Now I want your opinions. What I/H/E should I run and how much will the parts run me. I've been thinking Comptech header/Comptech intake/Thermal Exhaust. That should run me about $1,600! Give me some feed back on what works for you!

for 200 whp, ur gonna need alot more than I/H/E. you'll need built motor

 

If you plan on keeping the short block stock your going to need head work to come close to your goal.

But if you are planning on 200whp regardless of how you get there I would look into a AN-R header with a merge collector. $700. K-teller.com 2.5 mandrel bends with a magnaflow or ES muffler and your choice of comptech ice box, J 's racing, etc....

Really anything you buy will be an upgrad over stock. Header and intake choice will be key in terms of power over another choice. 2.5 exhaust is 2.5 exhaust in my opinion. Shop for sound not perrformance when looking for exhaust.
