small turbo?
was just wonderin if anyone was runin like a t20 or a t25 on any of the cars here.. i just recently put a b16 in my rex... and i am going to go turbo.. budy of mine got a t25 new for sale.. was wondering how much boost to run on stock n maybe wiht bigger injectors is 9psi safe.. and what times should i expect.. i would like to get like 12.8s with drag radials.. and also anyone ever heard of this turbo kit

way too small in my opinion. T25 just dont flow worth anything at all. U will never reach 12.8's on a T25 turbo. I would go with Precision SC 50, T3 60 trim, T3/T4 50 trim, .48 Ar, or possibly a reworked T28. All of these turbos will have good boost response on the street and are fairly inexpensive turbos.
a 60 trim T3 with big housings would be the smallest I would go. T25s suck even on D series IMO. It might be fun for a while, but having a honda that wants to rev to 7or 8 grand but only pulls hard up to 6 is pretty frustrating
What compressor trim is the t25? A 70 trim would be just fine for 9psi w/ic. Not the most efficient @ about 71% peak, but it would spool quick and make power past 6k. Not a 70 trim? Too small. Oh yeah, the motors' in a rex so you can go smaller than a heavier car anyway.

yes but does it run 12's????? Thats what he is looking for. I am sure it runs fine, and I am sure its quick, but too small for the power he wants to make.
