Default Skun2 manifold = more vibration?

I jsut got done installing my new Skunk2 manifold and Hondata manifold gasket and I have a noticeable difference in vibration, especially in the pedals for some reason. Is this because the Skunk2 manifold sits higher than stock? Im not really worried about it cause the car runs like a champ. I was just wondering if anyone else had similar results.

Make sure you tighten the bolts on the manifold after driving around for awhile. Just to make sure they stay tight.

Also make sure all your vacuum hoses are on tight. Is your idle any different?? A vacuum leak and a lower idle could make for a lopey vibrating idle.

actually I think the throttle body is slightly touching the hood which might be it. I need to replace the bracket so that it sits lower.
