Personally I would buy the complete set so that you are sure that your car is now neutrally balanced... unless you like a car with understeer... up to you really. But if I had to choose between 17mm or 20mm paired with stock.. I would go with the 20 to offset the understeer.. that pairing might put you into oversteer (shrug)... give it a shot

You may also want to look into a bushing kit, it replaces all your old bushings and will increase chassis rigity. Might as well since you're down there

...the kits that are sold online are street kits, lots of understeer.

If you want a NEUTRAL car and know atleast a damn thing about suspension dynamics, I'd go with your stock bar in front, and a 13/16th or bigger bar in the back. This is an fwd car, 60%+ of the weight is in the front, forces major understeer.

Stiffer spring in the back, stiffer shock setting, and a large sway bar will help it handle.

i read somewhere similar to Grodzman's post...so maybe i should go with the 17mm bar huh....that means i would go and get a 6th gen accord coupe's rear sway bar and put it in my 7th gen coupe...which is only 14mm...is this the right set up to get the car neutral?...

the bigger the more oversteer. i dunno what some of the guys here are telling you that getting something bigger will give you understeer, but its not true. the stiffer the rear in comparison to the front, the more oversteer you will get. so getting a whole set will just bring u right back to stock ( traction-wise), but overall stability of the car (rolling). for a big car like an accord, i would go bigger than 20mm. maybe a 22 or a 23mm. i had a 14mm on my gsr and now i have a 21mm skunk2 and it makes a world of difference. ( 21 and 20 isnt a big difference, but i am trying to say that i would have went with the cheaper ITR 22mm if i knew about it earlier).

FYI: autoXer's have a stiffer rear than front. its easier to break rear traction so u can attack hair pins faster and exit faster. drag racing usually up grade front and rear so all 4 wheels are balanced and have equal traction due to less roll from the car. same applies to track racing.

decide what you want from what you plan on doing.
