Where is the "Ignition timing adjusting connector"? I am trying to adjust the timing and the book says I need to connect a jumper to this...

It's under your carpet where the ECU is. You'll see a 2 pin connector, you'll need to jump this. I didn't know this was also needed in pre-1992 models. Aren't those OBD-0? Nonetheless, you need to jump the service connector so the ECU won't try to place the timing where it was after you adjust it. At least it's this way for 1992+ so it might be the same with 1992 and older. Not sure but it sounds the same. Don't quote me. Plus, you're in the wrong forums. This is 1992+.
