Default Crazy problem...NO codes!

So I have this electrical problem. When under load (mainly when driving, accentuated with lights on and more with high beams on) my tach bounces with my blinkers, and my temp and gas gauges go a bit crazy. It wont happen when I'm sitting still, only when in motion. Alternator is good, dizzy is good, JUST put new grounds on it today (battery, and valve cover, re-checked engine harness ground). Problem persists.

A Honda tech said ELD. I swapped a known good ELD...no change.

ANY ideas would be greatly appreciated...

-Jake

Ill give that a try.

D16a6 w/ I/H/cat/E, bored TB, lsd, flywheel.

The fuses are all good, and the wiring is perfect in the engine bay, my underdash harness was hacked for an alarm by the previous owner, but I've never had any problems with that.

yeah check the wires to the cluster...when i swapped my cluster..i got the ground wire 1 pin off, and what are you are talking about happened to me also.....so you may want to double check all your wires, and clean the contact points..
