with 1.8lsvtec making about 450whp t3 t4 turbo what size exhaust will give me the best performance for street and strip i have been told 3in will be to big but i know other ppl that are running with 3in let me know what u guys think o by the way i have a 93 teg b18 vtec fully built

They are WRONG!
3" all the way on a fully built motor.

 

hey thanx i have another ? my engine builder says that with turbo i dont want any 90 deg. bends in the exhaust is that true cause with my exhaust set up theirs 2 90 deg. bends before it exits the tail pipe

 

3 in is the perfect size for a fully built turbo motor

 

As long as the bends are mandrel it really dosen't matter what angle they are at.

 

with that much power at least 3" maybe a lil bigger.

 

2 90 deg. bends are normal on civics. Try not to get really tight bends if posible.
