Default Anyone?

Has anyone used a cherrybomb glasspack as a resonator before? If so, how does it sound? I'm trying to piece together an exhaust for my 85 CRX.

I have a cherry bomb turbo muffler on my car (it was the cheapest at canadian tire), its the one that looks like a regular muffler, not the red long one, it sounds good, very quiet however, more stock than a performance muffler....I like it for the price ($31 canadian)

Buy a Magnaflow muffler instead and make your own custom exhaust

I just want my exhaust to be 2 - 2 1/2 in the whole way thru. Would it be cheaper to buy everything separate and put it together myself or pay a muffler shop to do a custom job?

As do I...

Its not raspy, nice deep tone... Small, compact and light. Great muffler IMO.

I've already got a muffler picked out. It's a universal muffler that has the exhaust tip right on it. I'm looking for something I can use as a resonator other than stock.

he's asking about using it as a resonator. It works but get a perforated(sp) one.
