Default project: quality accord performance for 6th gen

Ok so here is the deal.I have a 99 accord lx 5 speed. Its a 2.3 vtec but it has become very difficult to find parts that actually increase performance for a really good price.I have done some research and theonly company that specializes in the accord gude has a not so great rep + outrageous pricing. So I have started doing research to find the best combinations of performance modifications for the 6th gen accord and with the help of a very talented machinist and a team of honda technicians and tuners I have started this project. We have completely stripped down three f23a1's to build based upon factory parts. Our current goal is 65 horsepower increase over stock. More horsepower and more affordable and more reliably and less difficult than the h22 swap.We are testing one of the engines with nitrous one will be low compression setup for future boost and one for 10.7:1 high compression all motor. We will probably start out just around here but if there are enough interested than let me know and I will start up a site dedicated soley to F series performance.

I swapped to an H22 in my daily driver but still have a F23A 2001 Accord. Go for it.

well I am working on the site now just to let everyone know.
i am still working on a few things before an appearance at the atlanta nationals coming up in a few weeks. We will be on the dyno at nopi so that everyone can really see the results of our first car. Our goal is to surpass the 47 hp that bullfrog performance is promising from there head package customers. Pretty much the same package but we will be using crower regrinds and maxbore throttle bodys since we have never heard anything bad about either of them.we are doing the machine work and tuning so wish us luck. I promise to keep everyone up to date on our progress. i have also been working on getting true wholesale prices on the big name manufactures.

thank god that someone is actually taking the time to do this. If you get the results you want and decide to sell package to interested parties i would buy it. Keep updating !!!

the f series has a lot of potential and is around 45 lbs lighter than the h22.
f series is better for turbo b/c of the compression ratio
f series fits in the accord without any modification to wiring harness
f series is a single overhead cam engine that has less moving parts than dohc
which means less to break
f series block is a lot cheaper to buy.

we just need to let the manufactures know so they will start to make good parts
