i hit a rev limiter. I have a t3/t4 turbo, hks ss bov, tial wg. And only an fmu and vafc for fuel for the moment. Whats your ideas?
So what you are saying is that your rev limiter kicks in at 5500?
You have a check valve installed? Has it always been like this or did it just start happening?

sometimes it will go away. I do have the check valves for the map. I can change my vtec engagement and the the "limiter" thing kicks in again!
whats your spark plug gap. Sounds like u are blowing the flame kernal out on the plugs. I believe people say to lower the plug gap to .028 to .030. good luck.
2 step colder plugs gapped to .030
It sounds like your vtec controller is miswired or something. Could be a bad ground maybe. Do you have a CEL? If so check it and get back with us! If not than it is 100% you VAFC wiring

make sure you're not leaning/running too rich. have a friend drive behind you and look for black smoke..
I suggest getting bigger injectors, throwing the missing link away, and running 10 pounds, dyno tuned with the vafc.
