Default Any electrical specialists out there?

I installed aftermarket high wattage simulated H.I.D. bulbs in my stock foglights on my 1990 Integra and after 6 months the bulbs do not come on anymore. The bulbs are fine but I believe that the problem is either the switch or ???

make sure they are getting 12V. Use a multimeter or a test light to check the power. Also check your other connections like the ground wire. The problem may even be as simple as a blown fuse. If you used any butt connectors check those for contineuity too.

and it has been known that the harness melt in differetn spots so you no longer either get power or ground b/c of the higher wattage
