What kind of suspension you buy has nothing to do with whether or not you need a camber kit - thats a function of your ride height. And of course any time you change your ride height, you'll need an alignment to make sure your camber is similar/the same on both fronts and both rears, and more importantly, that your toe is adjusted.
As far as the Apexi N1's, I don't know anything about them. I think BlackR has them, or had them, that damned stunna.

Camber doesnt wear out tires.
Lots of toe (in or out) does. When you lower the car you change the static camber, and when you add camber the wheels have too much toe-in, which is what wears out the tires.

I don't have any first hand experience with them, but based on the info I have read about them they don't seem too bad. They have a very large piston (52mm) compared to Buddy Club (46mm) and Zeal (45mm). The spring rates they come with are a little odd, I believe 16kF & 7kR for EK. I called Apex last week and spoke to a tech there and he informed me that the highest spring rates that one would be able to run on the N1's would be 22kF and 20kR.
If the valving is any good, these dampers should be awesome.

thanks for the input guys.. i found a good deal on them and might purchase them. Just wondering if i needed a camber kit, i wouldn't be lowering it too much maybe a lil nip n tuck like reggie's car (i miss that car, my white twin
) I already got an alignment, would i have to get another one after installn the Apexi N1?

thanks, i guess i'd have to buy another set of springs with new spring rates than the stock ones.

Hit up vtecvoodoo for some Eibach's. You should be very pleased with that setup.

Both.
I had way more than 3* of camber at a reasonable ride height (not as low as what Paul is talking about) with the stock A-Arms.
We all know what happens when you lower your ride height and add that much camber... toe gets way off.
So - I say yes to both questions. Do it right the first time, install a camber kit w/ the suspension, take it to get aligned and have your camber and toe set to where you want them.

I would be a little concerned with -3 degrees camber, but anything less just set the toe to zero and dont worry about it - no need for a camber kit.
thanks chris.. now question is where to get an alignment shop that will accept my car since i barely made it on firestone with the bumper on. Ergh i dont think anyone will do it with a 1.5-2 inch drop.
