Remember, those are Japanese chasis codes, not US, so they're probaly referring to DOHC internals, not SOHC.

Will ne of those internals made for the codes work in an 96-2000 civic CX/dx?

You have a link to the website?
I don't know of any Jun hard parts for the SOHC motor.

Your signature says a GSR is in your future. Are you trying to buy parts for that motor? Or your stocker?

I'm not sure JUN makes any internals for the sohc motor.
I know a couple of years ago when I asked if they planned to make any head packages for b18b they just laughed at me.

If your friend is looking for forged internals, why even bother with JUN?
Their stuff is damn expensive. You could save quite a bit of money and just go with crower rods and JE pistons(any compression).

Just a thought.

I don't know of anything that JUN offers for that motor.
Is there a specific reason that he wants Jun products, or is it just the name brand that he's relying on? There's so many other options that are available at a fraction of the cost.
