Default need help with Blitz SBC-Id install !!!!

i put one of these units into a turbo gsr. i have it hooked up so that the IN on is hooked up to the brake master cylinder line off the IM(blits says to use the compressor but my turbo dose not have the fitting.) and the out is hooked to the top of the WG, and the lower nipple of the WG is hooked to the fp line. the teflon vac line that come out of the back of the controller is teed in with my mechanical Boost gage. now when i have it set on WG(using a tial 35mm) it will only boost to 3.4psi every time no matter what i set the controllor to, but when i switch it to AC it will boost to 4 in 1st abd 2nd, then 7ish in 3rd and 9 in 4th and 5th. i also have the boost set to auto. can any one help me out with why this isnt working are the vac line set up wrong?

thanks for your time
chris

What do you have the gain set at? You might have to play with that to stabilize the boost depending on your engine load. I also had a tough time with keeping the boost stable when in AUTO mode.

I have one but I am using it with an internal wastegated turbo. So the hookup is a little different but I do vaguely remember the side port of the external wastegate needs be hooked up to the turbo compressor or piping pre-intercooler. I believe there is a slight pressure drop which might affect response time and stability. If you don't have a port on the compressor or piping just go out and buy a nipple to weld on.
