Yet another Mid Ohio post (Questions about the TL)
1stly, I'm not posting this to whine, and since there is no dedicated MWHC board, I'm going to post this question here....much to everyone's chagrin I'm sure.
When I 1st saw the TL, which l00ks awesome btw, I started scratching my head, cause I was pretty sure the TL was not classed in H1, or anywhere for that matter.
Of course I didn't bring my rules with me so I couldn't double check.
But I double checked the rules now, and the only thing allowed in H1 are the hybrids (< or = 2.4l) NSX, S2000, and any other car not otherwise classed with a displacement UNDER 2.4l, so where does the TL fit in here.
Not starting chit, just a little confused about the whole deal, if we don't follow the rules chaos is going to break out pretty quick out there, and we're already seeing plenty ruling inconsitincies that have me worried.
-Matt, who's every vehicle is currently broken down, mor or less.

Rule updates are posted there. Several other H1 updates that you should be aware of are in there too.

Doesn't list this car.
The only way it could have been legal is through section 8 (classification of unlisted cars).

Ryan Flahrety, Mike Quan, and a couple others (Maybe Alex Ratcliffe?) are they guys who decide HC rules. Post on Nasaforums in the HC section for a definative answer.

Actually, you should contact your Honda Challenge regional director(s) personally for the most accurate answer.

As Jeremy said (posted), there is a thread up @ Nasaforums with HC updates. That would be the place to check. http://www.nasaforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=1355
If you have questions, need rules clarification (after reading them first) or even request, you should contact your HC Regional Director/Group Leader.
Most things are answered directly by them. If there is something questionable, we consult each other.
