Tranny Grinding??

Tranny Grinding??
When I'm driving in 2nd gear at 20-30 MPH, I let go of my gas and there's this grinding noise. The car kinda jerks. Is that normal? Would that be my tranny or clutch?

Could it be the clutch? I just got a new clutch in also and the guy (that installed it for me) said it's normal since the clutch is breaking in. ?
