Default J's Racing style intake

I can't seem to find a J's Racing style intake for the EF models, so I was just wondering if the intake from the EG model would work with a little modifiction. If so, what kind of clearance problem would I have if any?

The main thing is your battery, it would have to go elsewhere.
I imagine there could be a little bit of a clearance issue from the shock tower, but you could adjust it a bit at the throttle body to squeeze through.

yeah I've heard of people using the EG one and either moving the battery or using a smaller battery. I don't think it'll fit with the stock battery.

Question: Did the intake sit completely flush with the throttle body, or did you have to make some adjustments to allow it to clear the shock tower?
