i wanna make sure i dont buy stolen ****, what should i look for to make sure its not stolen? vin # on it? how do i verify the vin #? should i make him sign some kinda agreement that he sold this to me legitly? any suggestions?

 

look for serial numbers. if the numbers are altered or scratched off... its probably stolen. you can verify serial numbers through a dealership.

thats about as good as you can get w/ stolen or not stolen
