Default overreved problems " need help"

i have a 98 coupe with a 2000 type r engine, was racing last night and went from 3 to 4 and instead went into 2 gear, drives alright but has a horrible idle, did a comp. test and had 170 in 1-3 and 205 in 4 with 20% leakdown in 1-3 and 10% in 4 my question is may be just some bent valves and need too replace the valve seals... any other suggestions

could be bent valves, or your timing belt could have jumped a couple of teeth

most likely the valve kisse dthe piston but sounds like you didnt really hurt to much you may just have to recon the head (valve job, grind the valves maybe replace valves, replace valve stem seals, and resurface deck).
