Default IDLE PROBLEM********Please help

like the title says i have an idle problem that i cant pinpoint. im running a first gen B16 in my hatch and i have recently run into a strange idle problem. when i first start the car the rpm goes real high to about 3k then sounds like a vacuum leak with irregular idle. eventually it drops down to around 1k but still sounds like a vacuum leak. i replaced all my vacuum lines as well as the IAC i bought from the dealer. if anyone has any advice or has run into a similar problem before please help. i appreciate it.....thanks.

try this out, take off the intake pipe, and when the car is still running, cover the TB with your hand, now if there's no vac leak it will turn off, and if there is you will hear where it's coming from, use a friend, that **** hurts your hand alittle lol. good luck
