Default f23 turboed need help

my friend has a f23 turboed at 8lb i think maybe 9lb and he told me 2 ask what other mods would be good for his car while keeping it reliable

Bigger exhaust, get rid of/install new cat (high flow), Get Hondata or some other way to tune it, run nitrous at the track for quicker spooling, bore out the throttle bodies, get a camshaft regrind, build up engine and transmission, and add more boost!

if he's using a brand name turbo kit, and brand name exhaust, tell him to get a custom 3" d/p and 3"exhaust without any restrictions (i/e the cat)...that should free up some ponies...also, if he looks into some engine management (a good system like hondata or emanage) he could probably tune it or have it tuned to where he could push the boost up a little bit...
