Default VAFC prob! Pls help

Hi,
I'm asking this for my friend. He has a JDM S2000 in Malaysia. He is running a Spoon ECU with Gen-1 VAFC.
We got it tuned at the dyno and the odd thing is,after we dial in everything, after a few runs, the A/F goes all around the place.Like it's reseting itself.
I looked in the manual,it doesnt list it for the AP1.
Whats the problem?
Will getting a VAFC-2 be better?

Coz there is no wiring diagram for the AP1 when the 1st gen VAFC came out,we had to follow the closest ecu match we could find.
The wires areall in tact.

Just because there was no printed wiring schematic for the AP1, doesn't mean it's not compatible.

If you found all the correct wires on the ECU, then there should be no reason why it doesn't work right.

You should've found a proper:

Power wire
Ground (in which 2 wires connect to)
RPM signal
Pressure signal
Throttle signal
and you need the wires for the VTEC signal.

I think that's about it...did you make sure you had all the right wires for those?

Yes it is actually. After we dial i the settings, after a few runs, the a/f will change.
we're thinking it has something to do with the Spoon ECU.
But he doesnt have his stock ecu anymore and there is i think less than 10 S2000 in the whole city.Too bad we dont know anyone who owns one.
Right now we are trying to find a stock s2000 ecu from the junkyard.
