Default Steering Wheel vibrates at 40mph

After I did the H22 swap, my steering wheel vibrates alot as soon as I hit 40mph and stop at about 80mph. I swapped out the front wheels for the back and still the same problem. I don't see why I would need to get them rebalanced. Is there something under the car that needs to be replace after remove axles and stuff?

Check your CV joints and drive axles. You may have a bent axle and/or a loose CV joint.

Everything has been tightened. I didn't have the power steering hose connected for 2 days of driving. It really vibrated hard then, now after installing the power steering it got better, but still vibrates. I jacked the car up and shook the wheels sideways and the tie rods move in and out alittle.
Could this be the problem?

uhhh...yeah.... if you get thaty fixed and it doesnt cure it all together, also have your tires rebalanced... tires that have been balanced incorrectly or just horridly balanced in the first place will make your car shake at highway speeds. more than likely it wont be a balance problem, because ur tie rods shouldnt be "moving" the way you described it.
