I lost steering while driving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What could make you lose steering while you tried to turn? When i jumped out the passinger side wheel was was turned all the way in as if i turned the steering wheel to make a left. It made a pop right before it did this.

check your lower control arm, shock, steering rack, if the axle got messed up someone how that could cause a problem.
the pop sounds like something came disconnected or the axle is broken, pops are a sign that somehthing with the susspension is messed up causing this problem to happen.

its either gotta be the lca or the steering rack. cause i could move the wheel back and fourth( meaning left to right) I had to get the car off the road so i had to turn the wheel so it would move

Was your steering wheel straight? If your passenger wheel was turning left while your steering wheel was straight then it sounds like the tie rod end or the rack and pinion broke.

Broken balljoints could also, but you would have some fender damage too (that side of the cars suspension would kind of collapse). Wear and tear on older cars, especially if the tie rod or ball joint had open boots that made them dry out. If your car is lowered pretty far with the suspension geometry out of whack (camber, toe, maybe even caster) it would put more stress on bushings, axles, balljoints, control arms, etc. That, some aggressive driving, a few pot holes and UH OH! Broken suspension parts!
