Default Steering Problem?

Hey guys. I noticed when I am at a standstill and I rock my steering wheel side to side, I hear something loose under my car. Even when the car is off the sound I can still hear. Would you guys probably say it's the endlinks and bushings? Or something with the steering column itself?

Tie rods and both front LCA's (uppers and lowers) and rear LCA's have been replaced already also!
