what material can i make a small block off plate for my lower console out off. maybe something homedepot sellers.

Home depot sells strips of steel and alunimium, normally near the door hardware section. You sould also use cardboard and bondo

 

the block off plates that people buy are oem are made of plastic i guess. i want make my own, but i dont what to buy to make it. i searched and somebody made a cf 1 but how did he get that material. i lloking for just plain grey plastic

 

Race plates I think it was makes carbon fiber plates. They used to have banners on here, but I can't get one to come up now. You can get one of those and cut it to size.

My cousin works for a customer car shop, and the use the cardboard/bondo trick a lot for cheaper jobs. Actually looks pretty good IMO.

were do i get abs plastic. and i just made a templet out of cardboard. so i guess cover it in bondo and then paint it?

 

look in the yellow pages under plastics and fiberglass (usually the same store sells both) you should find something

 

generally most car audio shops should have it. or like dude above said, at a plastics store
