Well if you're getting a fuel too rich code, these sure as hell aren't going to fix your problem.
Stock injectors = 240cc
These = 440cc
This is just compounding your problem...bigger injectors on stock computer means more fuel is dumped. You probably have an injector stuck open...Try replacing your injectors with another set of stock civic injectors.

they're 450cc's....
yeah...you should 'atleast' get a afc to control these injectors. And if you're ghetto like me, you can just get the resistors from radio shack and wire them inline.
you're also going to have to bore out your O-rings a little so the injectors sit well in the IM..

Whats your setup Binary?
As DaX mentioned, if you're getting a code for 'too rich' and you're going to simply drop these in and expect that this alone would cure your problem - you're going to be disappointed.
As DaX also mentioned, these will require a resistor box or at the very least some 10ohm, high wattage resistors from Radio Shack or the like.

No need for the 450's entirely too much fuel. I would just keep the stock civic Injectors and get a VAFC for the time being if you are pressed for cash or get some 270's/310's and some form of EMS.
