Check to see if the radiator is corroded where the hose is attached. Mine kept doing this and I found it was starting to become brittle and rot out. My radiator was plastic by the way.

check for cracks while the radiator is still hot. its easier to see them when its hot. sometimes you can watch the coolant seeping out. also if you can borrow a coolant pressure tester from someone you can pressurize it and chase down the leak. hope this helps.

The tube from the neck to the overflow tank is cheap, and the oem cap is cheap - why not replace both, get some new hose clamps for the little tube, and see if that solves it. When my radiator went out, there was a hairline crack right at the bottom of the neck.

The upper plastic end tanks are notorious for cracking in 4th gens. You won't see it because it is a hairline crack. If you have the engine warm and running and then look you may find the place where it is leaking out. Some people have tried to fix it with limited success, the best solutin is to replace it. They're only $140 or so.

Yeah, look for a hairline crack right around the neck area.

If you end up replacing it, have them put in an all metal radiator...

Why??

Just get an OEM replacement radiator that comes with a lifetime warranty for $128 shipped to you.

That's what I did.

That's a good option, but eventually you will be pulling that thing out to change it again even if it's free to replace (considering you find the receipt). JMHO
