alright first off the car is a 91 civic std with a b18b the car was running fine until one day i tried to start it and the battery was dead so i charged it and it started right up so i dove it around then came home later and then the next day the battery was dead again so i charged it again and it started up so i went for a drive again and i noticed that the my head lights would go dim and woulding work same with my blinkers and every thing else so i figered my altenator was bad so instead of buying a new one i found one in my shop i didint now if it was good or not but i went ahead and tried it so after i put in the mystery altenater in. the car wont start none of the lights work .when i push my hazzard lights on all the signals in my gauge cluster light up and it makes a wied noise it also does the same thing when i turn on the blinkers i went through all my wireing every thing seem good do you think it all because the mystery altenator iny help on this would be grate thanks

get a new ALTENATER

 

might of burn some of ur fuses... my hazards make a welder noise.... new alternator would be good but check fuses too.

 

check the fuses in the black box in the engine bay. it sounds like a fuse.
