Cat back for h22a accord
i have a H22a swap in to my 95 exr, wondering wat would be the rite pipe side dat i shoudl go for? 2.25 or 2.5? any suggestion of brand? should i change teh cat too? i already have the JDM header

i would get a name brand catback like apexi or greddy which has 60mm or 2.34 inches pipe and have it cut to mate up with the stock header. also get a high flow carsound cat intalled too.
some people say to use 2.5, but unless that's only really necessary if you plan on bigger mods down the road or do drag racing. your top end will be better, but at the expense of some low trq which for a daily driver may not be good thing.

the h22 doesn't suffer a lack of low end really with the 2.5" exhaust as it is a bigger motor...this kind of info is geared more towards the b series motors which lack in tourque from the get go (much like the secondary intake runners)...2.25 really hurts your top end power and feels a little strained...2.5 doesn't make any problems with daily driving, personally, and still yields great top end power....
