Default ECU delema

I have an eg2 with a 96 spec JDM B18c-R but I'm using an ECU from a 92/93 GSR,
I know I'm not getting the full potential with this set up, so I was wondering how I could improve it?.
If I chipped it to Mugen specs would it be as good as a P73 with Mugen specs?
What should I do to get the most out of my engine?

depends on your mods and how the car is set up. the mugen program and all its other clones aren't the best out there and more than often waste gas than give you that "mugen-spec" power. ECU-wise the best would be a custom programmed chip depending on the work done to your motor...either get a standalone tuned well, or have someone make a program for you. you can always go to ebay and grab some $20 chip...but the results are more than often depressing. trust us on this one...we've heard too many clients whine about these chips.
