Default more on the spindle nut

I am in a pickle. two of my lug studs have broke off, i need the tire on the ground to take the spindle nut off and i am affraid that the lack of support on the tire due to two broken lug studs could cause more damage to my car. Am i being paranoid or is there some other way to take it off that will be safer?

You should be fine for removing the nut. I would not drive on the 2 missing studs. Replace them asap.
