Default Eagle rods....need my block notched?

Well I'm building my d16y8 for boost......I was going to get some Eagle H-Beams. I was wondering if the block needs to be notched for them to spin freely? Also, if they do....are there any good rods that I can get that don't require and notching or anything?

yes, and if you have upgraded bolts may need to notch the main gridle a little bit.
