Default Transmission swap Help

I put my 92 accord transmission into my 92 prelude. You guys might think that was stupid but I have very good reasons for doing that haha. Anyways, the motor mount on the left side of the engine on the tranny doesn't even come close to mounting up. It's like 6 inches off lol. OH and reverse doesn't work either, I have NO idea why. My guess is that the clutch doesn't disenguage enough cause it's also hard to put it into 1st. You have to shove it in hard. Either that or the shift linkage got tangled up and it's messed up. If anybody has any input I'd appreciate it. Oh by the way, the gearing is AWESOME!!! for all those people who hate short gears this is a swap for you.

flush/bleed your clutch lines, that will fix your shifting problems most likely... not sure what to say about the mount?
