Default New a/c compressor

When I install the new a/c compressor, I drain out the packing oil from it and then do I need to fill it with PAG oil threw the oil holes? Cause at the auto parts store they gave me a can of PAG oil, but its the type that you screw on to the quick connect line that hooks to the low port. How should I go about filling it with oil using the low side port?

Install the compressor and put the first can of oil in it with the a/c on max then add the freon?

Also, does the system need to be evacuated for moisture after I install the compressor and dryer? If so where can I get a vacuum pump?

Yeah just charge the system with oil through the low port and then add freon.. I dont think you need to evacuate it becuase there shouldnt be any moisture just make sure to install the dryer as soon as you open it dont let it sit out in the open to long becuase it will absorb moisture.. should be it good look
