So it will no longer have a blown gsr motor. read down to find out the whole story, and to find what my hatch really all has. someone pick this up, im out of money, and i need money to pay off my new car and college. first good offer on the car will take it home.
honda civic VX hatchback - 135,000 miles (cluster reads 108,000)

00 gsr motor (needs work) - 40,000 ,miles
VIN: 2HGEH2367NH550164

The motor: (which needs to be rebuilt, or totally fixed)
00 gsr motor. Im going to start from the top. It has a brand new skunk 2 IM, polished upper drivers side mount, life time warrenty, all other mounts are new and the TQ mounts have poly urathane mounts. It has a CAI with k&n filter, 4-1 header, which is now wrapped to protect it, and get rid of heat better. 10.3 MM spark plug wires, brand new plugs. It has a new ITR tranny which i love becasue of the quick take offs.(you can choose from a gsr tranny or the itr tranny which is on there right now. On one side of the tranny is a 6 puck act clutch and toda flywheel. on the other side of the tranny is has brand new axles (bearly 3000 miles on them), and they also have a life time warrenty, and the are BRAND SPAKING new. wiring is all complete, no CEL in on in my car, all sensors work awesom. New timing belt was just put on when i changed the upper drivers side mount, also i added a racing pully by Unorthodox with a the new belt that only runs the alternator (i have no PS or AC). OIl is mobil 1(always used) I drive it 3 1/2 hours to and from school. This car is definattly my daily driver. I know for sure i easily spent over $5000 on the motor. B]again, this motor need work, that is why I have such a low price on the car- here is what happened[/B]

Motor problem:
ok, my 00 gsr motor just used its last life. Here is what happened. One valve broke and dropped into the cylinder, which is a piston exploder. The one piston is in a million pieces. Because of this, the head is junk becasue pieces of the piston went through the intake and all the valves seated on pieces. The block is also bad, there is a long crack down the cylinder wall where the piston blew. All the sensors on the head and block are good. The valve cover is good, the cams are good, the other pistons are still good, some valves are also good. If someone would like my car with a working gsr motor, i will install a new block and head, but the person must pay for the new block and head on their own- on top of the $4000.
pictures: http://www.ecmalliance.com/matt/
the car's interior and exterior:
The interior is in really good shape. It has new seats and an awesom sound system. Its nothing huge, but sounds awesom. Components front and back, and a 12" kicker square fiber glassed in rear (which cost extra) pretty much everything is mostly stock inside. It has white face guages which look awesom in day and night.
pictures: http://www.ecmalliance.com/matt/
Now to the exterior. The body its self only has about 110,000 miles on it.The paint is all original, which is awesom. It does have a little rust avobe the wheels, but i would rather have a car with original paint and show the little rust (so you can fix it right), then to find there is tons of bondo everywhere. I do have 15" aluminum rims on it (which is extra) there are a coupe little dings and rock chips here and there. The front bumper shows its years.
My mom was the first owner in 92. (reason i am selling this is becasue i just bought a new 98 civic, and i need the money so bad for school) I got the car when i was 16. I am now 22. I have always changed the oil on time. All the work was done by me. There are some green neons around the car, which can be taken off. I just put fog lights on also. There is a lot i know I am forgetting. I will update this as i think of things i have missed.

I need this out of my driveway asap. I will take all offers seriously. Someone shoot me an offer.
Very intrested. Is it $4000 for the car and the new engine your willing to install or is that extra $$ for the new engine? If it is not extra $ I rather just have the car and the itr tranny for less. The rims say extra does it mean it comes with the car? How much for the gsr tranny that would be left over unless you give it to me with the car?

Yes, sorry, i edited my first post, but i am going to clerify this. I will put a new motor in my car and hook everything up again so it works perfect again, but I need a down payment of $1500 (which is the cost of the motor). And that down payment is on top of the $4000. SO then the car will cost $5500 with a brand new gsr motor in it. Or the price is $4000 how it sits right now with the blown engine. I can probably get a new block and head cheaper than $1500, but im just saying that price to let everyone know this is how much it can cost to fix it. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Sorry not intrested any more. $4000 is too much for me to spend on a car that doesn't work. I rather do the engine work by myself. here is an up for ya.

well, thats the good thing about this. You buy the car with everything done to it except the block and head, which you can do all the motor work yourself and build it to how you want. and bolt it to a toda flywheel, 6 puck clutch, and type r tranny. (this all comes with my car for the $4000) If you look at it, it will take roughly around $1k to fix the motor, and then you have a $5000 gsr hatch, and tons of people are selling their gsr hatchs for a lot more, and my hatch is really clean. And remember, i say $4000 OBO. so $4000 is the most i want out of it, but im probably willing to go down. Shoot me some offers!!
If I offended you I'm sorry. I am just really cheap!! so $4000 is a lot for just meeee. I can only offer you $2000 sorry to low ball but I can't really do that much more than that right now.
well, i could sell it for $2000, but there will be a lot more missing. Like no motor at all. I would sell you the complete shell, no motor. And you would have to go buy your own complete swap to get the car running. (complete swap i mean, axles, mounts, linkage, ecu, motor, tranny, everything)
how clean is this shell and how much would you sell it for with the tranny in it
and also could you sell me a gsr motor, not the one in your car FU_florida@msn.com

Go up to my first post, i have a link to see my pictures. Take a look at the shell and let me know what you think. Also, im sorry, but I do not have a gsr motor i can sell to you. If had a different gsr motor becides the blown one, i would of put the good motor in my hatch already. But if you want a different gsr motor, just look for one. I mean, i can sell you my car for about $3000 with the type r tranny (thats $1000 for the tranny) becasue i just bought the tranny and its still in really good condition. I can sell you my hatch with a working gsr motor(with a skunk 2 IM, type r tranny, full exhaust, cai, header, toda flywheel, 6 puck clutch, all teh goodies), i would sell it for $5500 with a working gsr motor, but i would need like a $1500 down payment first, so that i can buy the block and head to put in my car. you can pick up my car for $3000 with a type r tranny and drop any b series motor in you want, like a nice built n/a set up. Just do a search on here or like ebay for motor swaps and see what you find. what i would really do is buy my car, buy your self a type r long block to though into my hatch, that would kick some major ***. Let me know what you want to do.

well, I just pulled the block and tranny out. Car is just a complete shell now. If anyone is interested in the shell, it me up with offers, its ready to be taken to a new home. I also have tons of b series parts to go with the car, like itr tranny, mounts, linkage, brand new axle, ecu, skunk 2 IM, ect....
Im selling the shell for $2000 obo. If anyone wants any of the b series stuff with the car, i will out a good deal. The tranny and car will sell for $3000. THe itr tranny was bearly used, and it will come with a act 6 puck clutch and flywheel that it is attached to it.
