Default Hondata Intake Manifold: Race vs. Street?

Can anyone provide me with a visual difference between the two, or describe the differences? I just picked up a gasket last night but I have a feeling that it is the race version. Thanks.

I think thats the street version, race is when the square hole on the right is not open

Blocks coolant flow to the TB...I think

Yes you are right about that. The coolent hole is blocked off for the race version.

the thing i dont understand about the Race version . . . .
it doesnt really block coolant from the throttle body. doesnt the coolant to the TB and the IACV come from the water tube? mine do.
that port blocks off flow to the thermostat housing i think off the top of my head.

i think there is a way of routing the hoses.

??? what does that mean? in stock form the source of coolant to those points are from the water tube. so if that hole in the gasket is plugged, that means no coolant getting to the thermostat housing again if my memory of the motor serves me correctly. by blocking that port, if my thinking is correct it just doesnt allow the thermo to open up, unless modified.

for a drag car thats cool. for a DD/street car, not a good way to go unless modified to work differently.

FYI, Hondata isnt really selling the race version anymore.

Somebody told me there was a way of using that race version, but i don't remember how it was. I just got off the phone with Hondata, they said that all you do it slap that gasket on and reroute the coolent hose. I was told that the don't recomend the race version gasket.
