Default t3 rebuilt turbo burning oil after 1000 miles. help!!!!!

yea so i have a rebuilt turbo from a company in AL and i've called him and talked about my problem how it didnt burn oil until about 500 miles or so then it started smoking bad....it got really bad at start up sometimes then would become hardly noticable...so i was told to get a restrictor .06" so i threw one of those on there hoping it'd solve the problem and it did a little bit im not having as much oil burnt but every 3 outta 10 times i start it up i'll get lots of blue smoke comming out and i have oil in my charge pipes..one thing im not sure is if the turbo's defetive or if it could be because my oil return on the turbo wasnt facing directly down it was like parellel to the ground (oil in and oil out were parellel to ground)...could this have mesed up my seals?? any help would be great thanks alot guys....

Is it smokeing when you start it from cold? cause if the exhaust isnt hot enough its not gonna burn any oil and most like a engine related problem.

Make sure your oil drain line doesnt have any kink. Also check that your tap in the oil pan isnt too low.
