i dont know because i dont have them, but id check to see what material they are made out of (rubber, plastic ?) and then buy paint made specifically for that kind of surface. Clean em because theyre probably extremely dirty. I believe you can remove them and paint em, i might be wrong.

i wouldnt paint mine simply because i scrape them on everything, but im sure if you primered them and sanded them smooth you would be fine. i could just be talking out of my ***, though.

I personally hate the way they look painted.
Keep in mine, they're going to scrap on speedbumps and what not, and the paint will probably start to crack and look ugly.

I don't think you can paint them, they are rubber and are VERY flexible, especially when the sun shines on them. Even with lots of flex agent the paint would crack and flake off very easily.

A buddy had his 00 Si mudflaps painted and the shop used an adhesion promoter so the paint would stick better to the surface. It looked good for awhile, but because the mud flaps are so flexible and scrape on speed bumps, etc.. once they started to flex the paint would crack and eventually flake off on some areas.

Thats just my buddies experience. Looked good at first, but after awhile he wish he had not painted them.

Hopes this helps.

don't paint em, they'll look stupid. if they were color matched and clearcoated like the body of the car, it'd look good, but why paint them if theyre gonna get fucked up and chipped away?
