car fucked?????
I broke my timing belt and ended up taking the motor apart to see the damage. anyway i put a new headgasket and new timing belt. i start the car up and it doesnt run completely. the #4 piston doesnt work. oh well no big deal. the major problem is i get the code 6-9-3 and my car wont run by itself. Im not sure why. I just start my car and it runs for a bit by itself and then it dies. I can rev it and it will stay alive but when i turned on the headlights. it dies. Im not sure why its acting up but it is. Plllllease help. i'm wondering what the codes mean and why it dies. my roommate said its the alternator but im not getting a battery light. ive searched but nothing comes up relavant to this application. please help.i need my car desperatly. thanks

well if its throwing the codes 6, 9, and 3, then it is your MAP sensor, or manifold absolute pressure sensor, which will make your car run like **** or not at all. the other two also have a significant impact on your motors performance. there really isnt a whole lot more i can tell you other than check your wires from those sensors to see if they still have voltage, and check the actual sensor itself.
this will help with your ecu codes....https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=682412

would any of these affect the electrical part of the motor. I mean, why does it die when i turn on the headlights. It will run for a few seconds and then turn itself off. The lights flicker too. But like i said, im not getting a battery light indicating the battery isnt charging? wtf
