I wanted my BOV to be louder so I turned it to harder and screwed it down pretty far. After I got done i went to go test it and it sounded like a bird chirping (like ***). Now I unscrewed it and now the BOV wont go back up its like stuck like there is a screw still there. Can snyone help me out?

Now when you say you can't unscrew it, does that mean it is stripped, or that it is to tight. DETAILS!

Im betting you stripped it. I just got rid of the stupid hex key thingy that Greddy supplies. I retapped mine so I could use just a phillips head screwdriver.

if u stripped it try a bigger allen key, or is the bolt that is stripped?

 

its not stripped i unscrewed it and the blow off top wont come back up

 

you can always take the other 6-8 screws out around the out side and see whats up by removing the top, its fun... wont do any damage, just make sure you put it back the same why you took it off.
