FS 99 civic si shell
i am helping a friend sell this car. it is a 99 civic si shell it is missing the headlights tail lights all the interior but the dash carpet and seats. and is missing the motor and tranny. here is the kicker it has a dealer title only. so it is really only good for a show only or race only car. electron blue body is good. i will have pics up by the end of the day.
i have heard that if you take the title to other states that it would clear it. but i am not at all for sure of this.

not really sure how it gets this kind of title. my friend is a dealer and he got the car at a aution and it was a stolen car. and i guess when he got the car since he was a dealer the state marked the title as a dealer title. i am still waiting on pics. if you are interested i can tell you exactly where the car is and you can go look at it there. but my friend did tell me this. you do have a dealers license to buy the car.

Some dealers/tuner (such as Comptech) are given "demo" cars, or cars that dont have complete VIN #'s. Theses cars are supposed to be destroyed after 3 or 5 years (something like that), and can only be driven on the street with dealer plates.
