Asking $1500 obo

Its a local deal, so I could trailer it to my garage...

$1500 for just a shell with stuff missing? You've got to be kidding.

No matter what you do to it, you'll be driving a car with a salvage title, so it won't be worth more than what you'll be putting into it just to get it back to stock.

Well you could put it back to stock, but by the time you get a B16 swap or better (woudn't waste my time with a D), and all the other pieces, get the hood, trunk painted to match, etc. You'll have a few thousand invested.

Now if your bored, enjoy spending your time bringing it back to life, and don't mind driving it forever then I say go for it.

Just have to keep in mind if you ever want to sell it, it will be hard to get much for it. Probably be better parting it out.

I say do it, just drive the thing forever, then pass it down the family. Don't let it die

I think I'd buy it for $1,000 cash. I'd take the deal, especially if you're looking into making a track car. Could have some great potential... The theives already did the hard part for you.

I would buy a salvage titled for my dedicated track car, but not for $1500. Track cars sell for nothing as it is, and you're starting in the hole before you can even get it running. You can buy a built car for 3 - 5K, which is way less than what you'll spend to get that thing up and going. Just my two cents.

well if you want it as a project car and aren't planning on selling it anytime in the future. Go for it. Just hope you have alot of $$, time, and DEDICATION on getting it up and running again.

You could get a MUCH better deal than that. For a shell missing that much stuff, I would offer between 5-800$ max. I bought my Ej complete with a blown motor for 1300. Definatly too expensive IMO.
