I've got a gen2 kit on my 88 CRX with a zc motor. Not clearance problems with the hood but the deltagate is on an adapter that points it towards the headlight assembly. The adjustment screw on the top of it comes to about 1/8 inch from hitting the metal frame beside the headlight. I used a hammer to put a dent in it so that it didn't hit as the engine moved. Don't have AC do I can't comment on that part. The IC pipes are crap, DRAG expects you to run them underneath the front crossmember which leaves 2" at the most of clearance. Just imagine what would happen when you hit a pothole.
